If you have a Vodacom subscription through Bayport Cellular:

Please contact Bayport Client Services on 0861 550 555 and request a SIM swap letter with the applicable number required. Purchase a R69 SIM card pack from Vodacom and provide the servicing consultant at any Vodacare with the SIM swap authorisation letter. The SIM swap may take up to 4 hours to register on the network.

Please purchase a R25 post-paid SIM card pack and send the 20 digit serial number to either Cellularadmin@remove-this.bayport.co.za or Call 0861 550 555 select option 1 and then select option 3
